Serial killers throughout history have done inexplicable, evil things but quite often, people can relate to them in some way. Whether it's Jeffrey Dahmer who some say actually never liked killing, or Ted Bundy who was said to be charming and kind to the people in his life, people often see something they can connect with. Amelia Dyer might be the exception. Dyer's story proves two things: How evil people are truly capable of being, and how far people are willing to go to stay out of trouble. The story of Dyer and the so-called Baby Farming industry of Victorian-era England is almost to outlandish to believe.
