Post Malone Got His First Tattoo to Prove That He’s ‘Way Tougher’ Than Justin Bieber

Post Malone is pretty recognizable thanks to his many tattoos. During a recent talk show appearance he revealed what inspired him to get his first tattoo--I guess I should say who inspired him. Turns out he got his very first tattoo to prove that he was “way tougher” than Justin Bieber. ...Bieber got his revenge though.
Recognizable. Post Malone is a super recognizable celebrity. Like many other SoundCloud rappers these days, he’s covered in tattoos, and has even started inking up his face.
Inspiration. During a recent guest appearance on The Tonight Show he was asked about his tattoos, and what got him started. He mentioned that Justin Bieber was his inspiration for getting his first tattoo.
Hanging Out. Justin and Post first met around 2015, when the rapper’s first single “White Iverson” got him signed on to the label Universal Music Group. In 2016, Justin shared a photo of the two of them hanging out.
